Watermark Principal, Elizabeth Larson, was recently presented the 2004 Chapter Colleague Award by the Minnesota Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Watermark's contribution is based on a percentage of all public class registrations received in January. Watermark Hosts Executive
Briefing
February 27, 2004 - Watermark hosted an Executive Briefing which covered how to "Improve Organizational Effectiveness Through Business Process Management.” The briefing focused on how to increase productivity through business
process management (BPM) and explored best practices in process management, a practical framework for BPM projects, and how to sell BPM to the organization.
Small Project Management Course Announced to Media
February 2, 2004 - Watermark Learning's Small Project Management course has been up and running since July, 2003. Following its fantastic success, the course launch was officially announced to the media. The announcement has already been picked up by numerous online venues. Richard and Elizabeth Larson's co-authored article entitled "Managing Small Projects: Five Critical Steps" appeared in Minnesota Technology (Feb 20), and is set to appear in the NetSuds™ March Report and Data Center Management magazine.

Watermark Acquires Denning Training Services
January 9, 2004 - Watermark Learning recently announced the expansion of its Requirements Analysis training with the acquisition of Denning Training Services. Denning’s Entity Relationship Modeling for Windows (ERwin) curriculum is being integrated into Watermark Learning Requirements Analysis courses including Data Modeling, Advanced Data Modeling and Data Modeling for Business Clients.
