Elizabeth Larson, PMP, CBAP, Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth Larson is Co-Principal of Watermark Learning and has over 25 years of experience in business, project management, requirements analysis, business analysis and leadership. She has presented numerous workshops, seminars, and training classes since 1996 to almost 5,000 participants on 3 different continents.

Elizabeth’s speaking history includes Project World, various chapters of PMI, PACT (Professional Association of Computer Trainers), Minnesota Government Symposium and UK Project Management Symposium in Bristol, England. She is also a program presenter for the Project Management Institute’s Seminars World, in which she has presented on business process management in Sydney (Australia), Toronto, Denver and other US location.

Chris Anderson, Vice President of Sales and Delivery

It was Rich and Elizabeth Larson's dedication to learning and teamwork that convinced Chris Anderson to join Watermark Learning. "Teamwork is the backbone of Watermark and myself," noted Anderson. With 18 years of total sales and customer service, 12 of these spent in the training industry, Anderson knows the value of teamwork in developing long lasting client relationships.

Chris Anderson received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Anderson is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the Professional Association for Computer Training (PACT), having served on the Board of Directors from 1993 - 2000.
