Registration Information, Payment and Cancellation Policies
Registration Information
You can register for a class online or by phone (800-646-9362 or 952-921-0900, ext. 208). A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of registration.
Payment Policy
Watermark Learning accepts credit cards and purchase orders as methods of payment for our classes. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. Purchase orders should name Watermark Learning, Inc. as the vendor. All courses must be paid for prior to the start of the first class session.
- Traditional Classroom Classes: Payment is due 15 business days prior to class start; enrollment is not final until payment is received.
- Virtual Classes: Payment is due upon registration.

Student Substitutions
Student substitutions can be made in writing at any time prior to the class start date without incurring a change fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class participation with written notification at any time up to 15 days prior to the class start date and apply your tuition to the same course or one of equal or lesser value within one year of the original class start date. A $100 change fee will be charged. Any reschedule request received less than 15 days prior to the class start date is subject to immediate payment of the class tuition plus a $200.00 reschedule fee. Only one reschedule opportunity is allowed. If you choose to reschedule and are not able to attend the rescheduled class, all course fees are forfeited.
Cancellation
Any cancellations or changes to an original registration received less than 30 days prior to the start date of the class will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the start date will result in loss of the entire class fee. Failure to attend a traditional or virtual class without written notification by email (reg@watermarklearning.com) or fax (952-921-0901) prior to the start date of the class is considered a ‘no show’ and will result in forfeiture of the entire class fee.
Watermark Learning will rarely cancel or postpone a class due to insufficient enrollment, but reserves the right to do so. If we cancel a class, you will owe nothing and receive a full refund if you have already paid or you may reschedule into the next offering of this course. Watermark's liability is limited to the course fees, not including any related travel or other expenses.
Watermark Gun and Weapon Policy
For Traditional Classroom courses, and as required by Minnesota state law, we need to inform you that Watermark Learning prohibits all persons who enter the premises from carrying a handgun, firearm, knife, or other prohibited weapon of any kind regardless of whether the person is licensed to carry the weapon or not. |
