Overview |

The PRINCE2™ Foundation and
Practitioner course will focus on equipping
the delegate with a detailed knowledge of
the PRINCE2™ method including the 8
processes, 8 components and 3
techniques central to running a project
using the PRINCE2™ method.
The successful completion of the
Foundation & Practitioner exam will give
the delegate a recognized Practitioner
qualification. This course lays a firm
grounding for the delegate to apply the
PRINCE2™ method to projects in the
work place.

Each student receives a comprehensive
manual which is useful as a reference
guide when returning to the office.
There will be a 1-hour multiple choice,
closed book Foundation exam on the third
day, pass mark is 38/75 and a 3-hour
open book Practitioner Exam on the 5th
day, pass mark is 75/150.
Students also receive access to Maven
Training’s online student center for pre
and post class support.

Pre-requisites |

Students are encouraged to spend
around 15 hours of pre-class preparation
and 1-2 hours of evening work during the
class.
Students receive a pre-class reading pack
containing the OGC manual – Managing
Successful Projects using PRINCE2™
along with a Maven Training pre-class
workbook. |
