The Parallax Effect on Requirements

Changing Deadline Dates in
MS Project
the Right Way

Many students I teach have a tendency to approach MS Project in a similar fashion to Excel. The impuse is to populate the familiar columns of Task Name, Duration, Start, and Finish with the same information, in the same manner as they would in their Excel spreadsheets.
