The
Parallax Effect on Requirements
by Richard Larson, PMP, CBAP and
Elizabeth Larson, PMP, CBAP, Principals, Watermark Learning |
Have
you ever gazed out at the stars and found it too difficult

MS Project the Right Way
by Jim Clayton, Microsoft Certified
for Office Suite and MS Project |
Many
students I teach have a tendency to approach
MS Project in a similar fashion to Excel.
The impuse is to populate the familiar columns of
Task Name, Duration, Start, and Finish with the same information,
in the same manner as they would in their Excel spreadsheets.
Before you go manually changing those “start” and “finish” dates
in MS Project, get the skinny on how to do it right!
