Applying for the PMP® Exam

  1. Complete the application.
  2. Pay the exam fee:
    • $405 for PMI members
    • $555 for non-members
    • (membership $129)
  3. Provide verification of project management experience:
    •  - 4500 hours minimum if candidate has a baccalaureate degree
    •  - 7500 hours minimum if candidate does not have a baccalaureate degree
  4. Provide verification of 35 hours minimum of project management training education.
