In her 25+ years of business experience, Stevie has successfully built, restructured, and realigned public and not-for-profit organizations to meet market demands while serving identified stakeholder groups. She has also successfully directed company-wide programs from a project management perspective involving new, complex product launches and end-to-end process re-design.&nbsp; She has researched best practices associated with virtual teams and has published a handbook for organization development practitioners.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Stevie holds undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Minnesota, a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and a graduate level certificate in Program Management and Leadership from
