Hi Elizabeth.

Q. What can you tell us about Watermark Learning?

I’m so proud to be the co-principle and CEO of Watermark! For over 22 years, we have helped thousands of students all over the globe learn and understand industry standards, and turn them into practical application and have fun during the process. This means that both the students and their organizations end up with results that endure.

Q. What kinds of industry standards are we talking about?

We teach both skills training and certification preparation courses in the areas of project management, business analysis, Agile, and business process management. Each of those areas has its own standards and that means we have to have expertise in all of them.

Q. What do you provide clients that maybe other training companies don’t?

We have a customer-first attitude, and we always have. And that means that we’re happy to customize our courses and provide flexibility so our customers end up with a positive experience. And we practice what we teach by first of all determine our customer’s needs prior to the delivery and providing support both during and after the delivery. In other words, we are large enough to meet our customers’ needs and small enough to care.

Q. Anything else?

We have tons of free resources that we provide to, not just to clients, but also the industry. We have articles, we have webinars on demand, we have downloadable templates, just to name a few.

Q. To finish up, what else would you like to share?

We are a Woman-owned business and we are proud of our charitable giving. Not only do we give back to our professional communities with presentations, articles, and books, but also each year we contribute financially to charities recommended by our staff.

***

So, whether you’re new to Watermark Learning or are already a part of our learning community, you can feel confident with the quality of training that Watermark Learning provides–and the care we extend to all of our customers.

Contact a training consultant today to learn more, and tell us how we can meet your needs!

This week I sat down with Elizabeth Larson, CEO of Watermark Learning. She shared what makes Watermark Learning stand out in the business analysis, project management, and agile training industries.
