The last day to take the current version of the exam will be Monday, January 11, 2016. Effective Tuesday, January 12, all test takers will receive the revised version, including re-takes.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"PMP Exam Changes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.watermarklearning.com\/blog\/pmp-exam-changes\/\">As previously discussed<\/a>, the PMP Exam, like all PMI certification exams, is continuously reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the profession. A recent Role Delineation Study (RDS) and resulting Exam Content Outline (ECO) have prompted the pending revision.<\/p>\n<p>An update to\u00a0<em>A Guide to the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK\u00ae Guide)<\/em> also results in an exam revision, although the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Edition of the<strong><em> PMBOK\u00ae Guide<\/em> is not scheduled until 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Take a <a title=\"PMP Boot Camp\" href=\"https:\/\/www.watermarklearning.com\/blog\/pmp-exam-update-pushed-to-january-2016\/\">PMP Certification Boot Camp<\/a> class now and get certified before the changes.<br \/>\n<em style=\"color: #5f5f5f;\">&#8220;The instructor was excellent. The material was presented in an engaging way with a focus on how to use it for the exam.
