Our Business Analysis boot camp helps you develop the core skills and knowledge needed to be a successful BA. It combines an understanding of the overall business analysis process, with special detailed focus on the elicitation process and the modeling of core business models. 

By grasping these fundamental skills, you can contribute significantly to the success of your organization’s project as well as your own career. All three courses are aligned with IIBA and PMI industry standards and the IIBA Digital BA mindset. Offered in conjunction with Auburn University and can be combined with additional courses for a full BA Certificate from Auburn.

To help assimilate the tools and techniques learned, there is a mixture of individual and team exercises throughout the course. A lively role play, workshops, and case study help reinforce concepts learned. Students should be prepared for a high level of participation. Each participant will receive a comprehensive student guide complete with examples and handouts for future reference.

  • Create 4 types of Requirements Models: Process Maps, Entity Relationship Diagram, Use Cases, and Prototypes: User Interface Modeling
