This interactive workshop covers the key concepts associated with organizational change management, techniques on how to assess organizational readiness, effectively address resistance, and identify the critical success factors in the change process. This course will help you transform your organization at all three change levels: Individual, Team, and Organization.


Some experience with projects is required.

This course is intended for staff responsible for project success, including sponsors, project managers, functional managers, leadership, and team members.
