Overview:

Our Project Management boot camp helps you jump start your knowledge and skills to be a functioning and successful PM. It prepares you to operate as a project manager in any environment, including how to understand business needs and positively influence stakeholders. 

Developing these core skills will enable you to contribute significantly to the success of your organization’s projects as well as your own career development. All three courses are aligned with PMI industry standards. Our program is offered in conjunction with Auburn University.

To help assimilate the tools and techniques learned, there is a mixture of individual, team, and class exercises throughout the course.
