Use Case Modeling
Instructor was engaging! Course exercises were very helpful! It was very useful running through examples with the instructor leading the conversation. Also useful, was a glossary for commonly used course terms - allows trainer to quickly reference definitions throughout the learning process. - (SLJ, GMAC/RFC)
