Since 1992, Watermark Learning has delivered training, coaching, and certification preparation in Business Analysis, Agile, Business Relationship Management, Business Process Management, and Leadership & Influencing Skills. Our courses are laser-focused on the practical application of industry standards and help ensure enduring results in organizations. Meet The Leadership Team

Jason Cassidy, CEO

Jason Cassidy CEO

Currently CEO of Educate 360, Jason has over 15 years of experience in the education and information spaces at Ashridge Executive Education, Asset International, Register.com, and Reed Elsevier. A leader who prides himself on taking on difficult challenges, making sure he does his share of the hard work, and having direct communications at all levels of the organization, Jason's areas of expertise include growth strategy and execution, merger integration, culture change, and international expansion, in particular in private-equity backed environments. Jason earned an M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. Having worked in New York and London, Jason is based in Educate 360’s Boston office and lives in the Boston area with his wife, Maria, and 3 children.

Michael McCay, CFO

Michael McCay CFO

Serving as Chief Financial Officer of Educate 360, Michael has over 20 years of leadership experience in the education, marketing, and technology industries. A proven change agent specializing in bringing financial & operational discipline and BI-centered FP&A capabilities to creative, innovative, high-growth companies; Michael’s experience includes global business expansion, mergers & acquisitions, private equity partnering, mezzanine and traditional financing, business reorganization, and ERP implementations. Michael holds an MBA from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and a BSBA from Suffolk University. An active volunteer in the local arts and education community, Michael calls Boston his home.

An engineering graduate of Purdue University, Russ is currently the Chief Information Officer of Educate 360 bringing over 15 years of experience in IT and management for education and technology companies. A confident and motivated leader, Russ is experienced in building energetic, collaborative teams focused on architecting effective solutions to meet the needs of the business. As an effective interpreter across the technical/non-technical communications divide, Russ facilitates rapid change that strategically fuels business growth. Russ works in Educate 360's West Lafayette office, living near his alma mater with his wife, Chelsea, his son, Logan, and their two rottweilers.

Amy Farber, VP of Strategy

Amy Farber VP of Strategy

Serving as Educate 360’s Vice President of Strategy & Value Creation, Amy brings strategic and operational expertise that have consistently spurred growth in consumer-oriented companies. As a former management consultant, she has advised organizations through digital transformations, product & marketing strategy development, operating model design initiatives, and merger & acquisition integrations. Amy earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an B.A. in Government from Hamilton College. Amy is based in Educate 360’s Boston office and lives with her husband, Jon, in Boston’s historic South End neighborhood.

Mike Sweeney Director of Marketing

With a degree in Marketing from Providence College, Mike is the Director of Acquisition Marketing for Educate 360 and brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience in the healthcare and education industries to the team. Mike prides himself on being able to lead marketing strategy while having the skills to roll up his sleeves and execute as well. Mike possesses experience in numerous marketing channels including strategy, branding, social media, paid search, content marketing, and SEO. He lives in Boston with his wife and daughter.
