Contrary to some popular myths, planning and estimating are needed on Agile projects. These practices are integral to the project’s success and a lack of understanding about how to plan is a sure-fire way to failure. This short, interactive workshop will provide participants with hands-on experience to demystify collaborative planning and estimating in agile environments. Both are done at multiple levels to facilitate planning and estimating in the face of uncertainty and ever-changing stakeholder needs and evolving understanding of business value.
